A little about us

Starting our 18th year in business. Established Jan 2, 2001. We  strive to use the finest ingredients to provide our customers with the  highest quality food. We prepare our food " the way you want it",   for a  moderate price. Our cooking oil is cholesterol free.  We use many  family recipes  that my mother has passed down to me from generation to  generation. Our Daily $7.49 Specials range from Mexican, Chinese and  Italian cuisine. Many of our customers make requests to have their  favorites included in our specials list. Vinny Mancuso  has been cooking since 1982. He started working in a diner when he was 14 years  old. He proceeded to advance in job position and responsibilities to Kitchen  Manager in 1987 at El Loco Mexican Cafe' in Albany N.Y. In January 2001, he  purchased the business where he is currently,  going back to his roots as a  short order cook.
